Our Story

Originally from the sunny Hawkes Bay, I've made Christchurch my home for the past 30 years. My journey to clinical herbalism began in nursing, where I realised that health is a complex interplay of physical, mental, and emotional factors, often extending beyond the mere absence of disease. This realisation sparked my interest in exploring alternative approaches to wellness, leading me to complete my studies in Clinical Herbal Medicine. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering individuals to take charge of their health.
